When are your services?
We have one worship service that begins at 9:30 am on Sundays. Worship typically
lasts 1.5 hours. Bible Study is held on Wednesdays at 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm.
Parking
The church parking lot is located on Division St. Street parking is also available on Division St. and Shelton Ave.
Handicapped Accessible
Our church is equipped with a wheelchair ramp. It is located on the Division St. side of the church. Should you need a wheelchair, one is available for use. Please see an usher for more information.
Is there transportation available?
Yes. If you need a ride to worship the church bus is available. Please call the church administrator by 2:00pm on Friday to schedule your pickup.
Do you have programming for youth?
“THE LIGHT” Youth Church will launch next Sunday, April 8, during the 9:30 am worship
service. Our Youth Choir sings on the 3rd Sundays, our Youth Ushers usher on the 4th
Sundays, and our My Heart’s Liturgical Dance Ministry performs on special days.
Additionally, we have a Vacation Bible School experience for the whole family July 9-13
from 6:00 to 8:00 pm nightly with a free community dinner served at 5:00 pm nightly.
Do you have programming for young adults?
Our Young Adult Ministry holds a “Bible & Brunch” where they discuss current cultural
issues and the Bible over brunch. They also get together outside of the church on select
Fridays for a fun activity, like bowling, go-karting, zip lining, etc. The next Bible &
Brunch is on Saturday, June 2 at 12:00 noon at the Parsonage.
What kind of outreach do you do?
In addition to allocating 10% of our weekly collection to organizations in the community
who provide much needed social services, on the first Wednesdays of every month from
9:30-11:00 am, the CT Food Bank operates a mobile food pantry in our parking lot and
on the first and third Saturdays of the month we open our Hope Corner facility located at
the corner of Henry St. and Dixwell Ave., which is a food, clothes, and toiletries closet
open to the community. Additionally, there are special projects throughout the year
included as a part of our Spring Revival, Church Anniversary, Fall Revival, and the
Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.

There are several ways to join the church. You can respond to the Invitation to Christian
Discipleship by coming forward when invited by the Pastor during the Worship Service.
If you are uncomfortable coming forward during service , you can approach any of the
ministers or deacons following Worship. Additionally, you may call the Church Office at
